"Rachel is amazing! I have had reflexology and massage as I am suffering with acute sciatica and pain.
She knows the right areas to target and I am always so relaxed.
I have very ticklish feet and was worried about the reflexology but Rachel used the right amount of pressure and I fell asleep!
She gives advice about after treatment and looking after yourself and always follows up to see how I am doing.
Would highly recommend LIFE Holistic Therapies."
