Reflexology
Reflexologists work on the reflex points with their thumbs, fingers or knuckles, using specialised massage techniques, thought to help correct imbalances throughout the body.
History of reflexology...
The Chinese are said to have used an early form of reflexology more than 5,000 years ago in their use of pressure therapies. Egyptian tomb artwork also shows foot massage, indicating that working on the feet is an ancient practice, used in many cultures.
Modern reflexology, where feet are divided into zones corresponding to areas within the body, was developed by Eunice D. Ingham in the 1930's and is now a popular complementary therapy.

"Thanks so much for an amazing afternoon yesterday.Â
I've been feeling a little off balance recently, grappling with the waves (which can eventually lead to drowning) instead of going with the flow and tide.
So I booked in for some reflexology with the most beautiful soul: Rachel.
I didn't realise I was there for 2.5 hours, as she took the time to really listen and we had a great chat about life.
I left with a beaming smile and a clearer mind.
So grateful for the passion this women puts into her work."
